| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌司他丁治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将40例急性轻症胰腺炎患者均分为乌司他丁治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗方案，治疗组除常规治疗外，加用乌司他丁。各组均观察临床治愈时间及监测血淀粉酶变化。结果治疗组在降低急性轻症胰腺炎血淀粉酶及临床治愈时间方面明显优于对照组。结论乌司他丁能有效阻滞急性轻症胰腺炎的病情发展。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effects of urinastatin, trypsin inhibitor(UTI), on mild acute pancreatitis. METHODS: 40 cases of mild acute pancreatitis were divided into 2 groups: UTI-treating group and control group.The control group received routine treatment and UTI group routine treatment plus UTI.Changes of serum amylase were observed in both groups. RESULTS:The therapeutic effects on decreasing serum amylase level and shortening clinical therapeutic course were better in UTI group than those in control group. CONCLUSION: UTI can effectively impede the progress of mild acute pancreatitis. |
