少见肾上腺腺瘤的CT表现

目的:分析10例巨大肾上腺腺瘤的CT表现,以提高对巨大肾上腺腺瘤的认识和诊断水平。材料与方法:收集经手术病理证实的10例巨大肾上腺腺瘤的临床和CT资料,回顾性分析肾上腺腺瘤较少见的影像征象,10例均做CT平扫和增强检查。结果:10例巨大肾上腺腺瘤,均单发,右侧4例,左侧6例,肿瘤最小径5.4cm,最大径17.5cm,2例腺瘤内有出血、钙化、囊变;增强后腺瘤轻-中度强化7例,明显强化3例。结论:肾上腺腺瘤虽然为常见病,但有时也会长得很大,平扫密度不均匀,增强后明显强化,CT表现不典型。

CT Features of Unusual Adrenal Cortical Adenoma

Purpose： To analyze 10 cases CT imaging features of unusual adrenal cortical adenoma（ACA）, and make a further understanding and diagnosis level of the giant ACA. Materials and Methods： CT and clinical data of 10 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected, which uncommon CT imaging features were analyzed retrospectively, all cases had CT plain and enhancement imaging. Results： All cases were solitary, 4 cases were located in the right adrenal gland, 6 cases were in the left one, in which the diameter of 10 tumours presents as 5.4 - 17. 5cm, there are 2 cases of ACA with hemorrhage, calcification and cystic degeneration, 7 cases present slight to medium enhancement, the others have obvious enhancement after administration. Conclusion ： ACA is common disease, but sometimes the CT manifestation of ACA is atypical, presenting huge mass, heterogeneous density and marked enhancement.
