宫颈癌病人生存质量影响因素的多元协方差分析

目的：分析宫颈癌病人生存质量的影响因素。方法运用癌症治疗功能评估量表（ FACT-Cx量表）调查471例宫颈癌患者，依据文化程度将这些患者分为4组，运用多元协方差分析对文化程度对患者生存质量的影响进行分析。结果不同文化患者的婚姻状况之间的差异不具有统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；但是年龄、工作状况、家庭月收入、医保方式、疾病分期之间的差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0．01）；不同文化患者的年龄、工作状况、家庭月收入、医保方式、疾病分期、FACT-Cx、FACT-G、社会/家庭维度、情感维度、功能维度之间的差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）；但是生理维度、CCS之间的差异不具有统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；文化程度和情感、功能维度得分呈正相关关系；年龄和情感维度之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），其余协变量和情感、功能维度之间的差异均不具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）；文化程度影响着患者的情感、功能维度得分。结论宫颈癌患者的文化程度是其生存质量的一个至关重要的影响因素，临床应给予其充分重视。

Analysis of multiple covariance of influencing factors on quality of life of cancer patients

Objective To analyze and assess the factors affecting quality of life of cancer patients variancely .Methods 471 cases of cervical cancer were selected with Cancer Treatment Assessment of Functioning scale （ FACT-Cx scale ） survey , these patients were divided into four groups according to the education level, the use of multivariate covariance extent of the im-pact of culture on the patient＆#39;s quality of life were analyzed and evaluated .Results The cultural differences between the marital status of the patients were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;but age , work status , differences in family income, health in-surance the way , between the stage of disease were statistically significant（P〈0.01 ） ;cultural differences patient＆#39;s age , work status , family income , health care approach , stage of disease , FACT-Cx, FACT-G, social /family dimension , emotional di-mension , a dimension between function were statistically significant （P〈0.01）; however physiological dimension , the differ-ence between CCS was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）;education level and emotional , functional dimension scores were positively correlated ;differences between age and emotional dimensions were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the rest of co-variates and functional differences between the dimensions of emotional were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; education level affected the patient＆#39;s emotional , functional dimension scores.Conclusion Education of cervical cancer is a crucial factor on the quality of life , the clinical should give it full attention.
