| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨椎管内胚胎源性肿瘤的MRI诊断价值.材料与方法：对25例经手术及病理证实的椎管内胚胎源性肿瘤的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析.结果：25例中,皮样囊肿11例,表皮样囊肿8例,畸胎瘤6例.MRI平扫病灶为混杂信号18例,较均匀囊性信号7例.MRI增强扫描,22例未见明显强化,2例见轻度强化,1例病灶内见结节状强化.结论：MRI对椎管内胚胎源性肿瘤的定位及定性诊断具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Purpose： To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR1 for intraspinal embryonic tumors. Materials and Methods： The manifestations in 28 cases of intraspinal embryonic tumors identified by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： 25 cases included 11 cases of dermoid cysts, 8 cases of epidermoid cysts and 6 cases of teratoma. Unenhanced MRI lesions showed mixed signal in 18 cases, and 7 cases more uniform cystic signal. MRI enhanced scan, 22 cases showed no enhancement, 2 cases mild enhancement, and one case of nodular enhancement. Conclusion： MRI has important value in diagnosis of embryonic tumors in the spinal canal, depends on MRI manafestations, specific tumor location and patients＇age. |
