超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺抽吸盆腔积液的临床价值

目的：探讨超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺抽吸盆腔积液对已婚女性盆腔疾病诊治的价值.材料与方法：临床需明确诊断的47例经腹或经阴道超声发现的盆腔积液患者,在超声引导下行阴道后穹窿穿刺抽液术,对抽出液体送实验室检查,对盆腔炎性积液于抽吸后给予甲硝唑灌注冲洗.结果：47例盆腔积液患者在阴道超声引导下行后穹窿穿刺抽液术49次,均一次进针成功,抽液量30-350ml不等,所有患者得到明确诊断.结论：超声引导经阴道后穹窿穿刺获取积液标本,为已婚女性盆腔疾病诊治提供了新途径,具有快速明确诊断,缩短治疗周期的价值.

The Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound-guided Culdocentesis in Aspiration of Pelvic Fluid

Purpose： To evaluate the value of t：ansvaginal ultrasound-guided aspiration of pelvic fluid in the diagnosis of pelvic disease of married female. Materials and Methods： 47 cases of pelvic fluid patient diagnosed with pelvic fluid, by transabdominal or transvaginal were enrolled in the study. Each of them underwent Transvaginal ultrasound-guided culdocente- sis, then examined the pelvic fluid samples and flushec the patients with Metronidazole. Results： 49 aspirations were per- formed on 47 patients successfully. Fluid amounts varied from 30 to 350 ml. All patients were diagnosed clearly. Conclusion： Transvaginal uhrasound-guided Culdocentesis provides married female pelvic diseases with a new method of diagnosing and treating which has significant clinical value in the improvement of treatment effect, shorten therapy time.
