| 摘 要： | 目的:了解高血压病人心电图改变。方法:采用国际通用的标准化调查方法,在呼和浩特市郊区2个自然人群中进行整群抽样调查,共调查有效人数2 029人,并进行统计学分析。结果:2 029人中高血压患者为665人,其心电图表现U波改变排在第一,其次是P波、ST段改变、心电轴左偏、T波改变和左心室高电压。结论:呼市郊区农村人口中高血压病人心电图改变的顺位发生变化,提示U波异常增高及P波改变是高血压心电图的早期改变,还需要扩大范围、增加例数进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the change of ECG about Hypertension.Methods:Sampling the two natural population(2029 cases)by adopting international standard method,and carrying on stastistical analysis.Result:The patientssufferd from Hypertension in 2029 cases have 665 cases.The change of ECG about Hypertension:the first is u-wave,the second is P-wave,st segment,left axis deviation,T-wave and left ventricular high voltage.Conclusion:The sequence of ECG change point out that the increase of abnormal u-wave and the change of p-wave is the previously change in Huhhot suburban district of Hypertension.The change of ECG in the patients sufferd from Hypertension should await further investigated among wide scopes and lots of cases. |
