用放免测定观察自发性高血压大鼠脑底动脉上血管活性肠肽和P物质含量的变化

应用放射免疫分析的方法，观察了自发性高血压大鼠（ＳＨＲ）脑底动脉上血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ）和Ｐ物质（ＳＰ）含量的变化．结果表明，ＳＨＲ各主要脑底动脉ＳＰ的含量在２．６０～３．５１ｐｇ／ｍｇ之间．大脑前动脉（ＡＣＡ）ＳＰ的含量ＳＨＲ比对照京都Ｗｉｓｔａｒ（ＷＫＹ）大鼠小，在其它脑底动脉上ＳＰ的含量ＳＨＲ和ＷＫＹ大鼠无差异．ＳＨＲ各主要脑底动脉上的ＶＩＰ含量在２．３０～２．５５ｐｇ／ｍｇ之间，和ＷＫＹ大鼠均无明显差异．同时对ＳＨＲ脑底动脉上肽类物质含量的变化的意义作了进一步的讨论．

Changes of the contents of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide and substance P in the cerebral arteries of spontaneously hypertensive rats using radioimmunoassay method

In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to investigate the changes of the contents of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and substance P (SP) in the cerebral arteries of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). The results showed that the contents of SP in the major cerebral arteries of SHR were 2.60 to 3.51 pg/mg. The contents of SP of SHR were lower than those of the normal control Wistar Kyoto (WKY) rats in the anterior cerebral arteries, but close to those of WKY rats in other major cerebral arteries. The contents of VIP in each major cerebral artery of SHR varied between 2.30 and 2.55 pg/mg, and no significant difference between the VIP contents of SHR and WKY rats was observed. In addition, in this paper is further discussed the significance of the difference between the peptide contents in the cerebral arteries of SHR and WKY rats.
