摘    要:目的:筛选EBM贴剂压敏胶。方法:以改良Franz扩散池为实验装置,SD大鼠腹部皮肤为渗透皮肤,以透皮速率、初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为考察指标,筛选最佳黏胶基质。结果:综合比较透皮速率、初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度,以DOW CORNING MD-0607压敏胶为最佳。结论:DOW CORNING MD-0607压敏胶为适合EBM经皮给药系统的压敏胶。

Abstract:Objective:To select the Pressure sensitive adhere used in the transdermal study of EBM.Methods:Transdermal speed,constant tackness,sustained adhesion and peeling strength were observed,the improved Franz cell and Skin of abdomen of SD mice were used to study the selection of pressure sensitive adhere.Results:The optimum PSA was DOW CORNING MD-0607.Coclusions:The result indicateed that the DOW CORNING MD-0607 was the optimum PSA used the transdermal study of EBM.
