眼外伤后继发性青光眼临床分析

目的探讨眼外伤后继发性青光眼的主要病因、临床表现及治疗方法。方法对73例外伤所致的继发性青光眼患者的临床表现、病因及治疗方法进行分析。结果 73例中晶体源性30例（41.1%）,其中晶体异位性25例（34.2%）,外伤性白内障膨胀5例（6.8%）。眼内出血25例（34.2%）,其中前房出血23例（31.5%）,玻璃体出血2例（2.7%）;房角挫伤18例（24.6%）。经药物和手术治疗后随访2～12个月,68例眼压控制在正常水平,控制率为93.2%;视力提高68例（93.2%）。结论眼外伤后继发性青光眼的发病原因复杂,应针对不同的病因进行治疗。

Clinical analysis of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma

Objective To investigate the reason,clinical manifestations and treatment of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma.Methods Seventy-three patients with secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma were studied,the clinical situation and treatment were analyzed.Results Thirty(41.1%) crystal-derived patients,of which 25 cases(34.2%) crystal ectopic,5 cases(6.8%) cataract expansion caused by ocular trauma.Twenty-five cases(34.2%) intraocular hemorrhage,of which 23 cases(31.5%) hyphema,2 cases(2.7%) vitreous hemorrhage and 18 cases(24.6%) angle contusion.After drugs and surgical treatment follow-up 2 to 12 months,68 cases with normal levels of intraocular pressure control,the control rate was 93.2%;68 cases(93.2%) with improved visual acuity.Conclusion The reason of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma is complex and should be given different treatment according to the reason.
