| 摘 要： | 目的 研究帕米膦酸二钠联合骨架型芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 收集３０例多发性骨转移伴重度疼痛恶性肿瘤患者，均经骨架型芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗＞１５天未达到中度以上缓解，给予帕米膦酸二钠４５ｍｇ连续２天联合骨架型芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗，观察两药联合治疗的临床止痛效果及不良反应。结果 联合治疗前疼痛数字评分法评分为８.１０±１.１３，治疗后降至３.１０±１.２７（Ｐ＜０.０１），总有效率为７０.０％，生活质量改善明显。治疗过程中２例患者出现发热，经对症处理后体温降至正常。结论 帕米膦酸二钠联合骨架型芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗肿瘤多发性骨转移疼痛疗效及耐受性好，患者易接受，生活质量明显提高。
