冠心病患者血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸和同型半胱氨酸浓度变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的观察冠心病患者血浆二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度的变化及其两者之间相关性,同时分析两者与传统冠心病危险因素的相关性。方法选择因胸闷、胸痛行冠状动脉造影患者159例,通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定血浆ADMA含量,酶联免疫(ELISA)法测定血浆Hcy浓度。结果冠心病组血浆ADMA浓度及血浆Hcy浓度显著高于对照组,血浆ADMA及血浆Hcy浓度与传统危险因素无明显相关性。冠心病患者血浆ADMA浓度与血浆Hcy浓度呈显著正相关。结论冠心病患者中血浆ADMA浓度及血浆Hcy浓度显著升高,与冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度及冠脉病变支数相关,是冠心病的独立危险因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)and homocysteine(Hcy)concentration in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze the correlationship between them,as well as with traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease.Methods 159 hospitalized patients from June 2009 to March 2010 in the department of cardiology because of chest pain or chest tightness were received coronary artery angiography.The plasma ADMA were measured by HPLC.The plasma Hcy were assayed by ELISA.Results The concentrations of plasma ADMA and Hcy in CHD group were higher than these in control group(P〈0.05).There was no relationship between ADMA and traditional risk factors with coronary heart disease.There was no statistical relationship between Hcy and traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease.There was significant positive relationship between ADMA and Hcy in patirents with coronary heart disease.Conclusion The plasma ADMA and Hcy concentration significantly increase in patients with CHD,which is associated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.High ADMA and Hcy concentration may be an independent risk factor for CHD.
