子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血18例临床观察

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞（UAE）手术治疗产后大出血的临床应用价值。方法 18例产后大出血患者行子宫动脉栓塞（UAE）手术,超选择插管进入双侧子宫动脉及侧支供血血管,经造影证实后,注入明胶海绵颗粒予以栓塞,重复造影,证实栓塞成功。结果 18例患者共栓塞子宫动脉35支,侧支供血血管共3支,栓塞成功率100%,3例患者出血逐渐停止,15例患者术后即时止血,无一例出血复发,无严重并发症发生。结论 UAE手术治疗产后大出血即时、微创、恢复快、并发症少、疗效高,保留了子宫、卵巢正常的生理功能,有利于患者的健康,提高患者的生活质量。

Uterine arterial embolization in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in 18 cases
