宫颈癌新辅助化疗43例临床观察

目的:探讨术前新辅助化疗对Ⅰb～Ⅱb期宫颈癌高危患者的近期疗效。方法:43例宫颈癌术前采用1～3个疗程的静脉化疗后手术,观察近期疗效。结果:临床近期有效率达69.8%,手术切除率达100%。结论:术前新辅助化疗对Ⅰb～Ⅱb期宫颈癌高危患者有效,能明显缩小局部肿瘤,提高手术切除率,可以提高治疗效果和进一步改善生活质量。

Clinical Observation on 43 Cases of Cervical Cancer Treated by Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

Objective：To investigate the short-term effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation on high-risk patients of cervical cancer in the Ⅰb～Ⅱb periods.Method：43 patients with cervical cancer were treated with 1～3 courses of intravenous chemotherapy before operation and the short-term efficacy was evaluated.Results：The short-term clinical effective rate was 69.8%,and the surgical resection rate reached as high as 100%.Conclusion：The neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation was effective on high-risk patients of cervical cancer in the Ⅰb～Ⅱb periods.After the treatment,tumor local was reduced significantly and the resection rate was increased.An improved life quality could be realized thereupon by an improved therapeutic effect.
