糖皮质激素受体阻断对大鼠内毒素血症时肠系膜微循环变化的影响

摘    要:以Ru_(486)阻断糖皮质激素受体(GR),观察了静脉注射内毒素引起的肠系膜微循环变化以及地塞米松预处理的保护作用。实验结果提示:1.内毒素血症时内源性糖皮质激素就有通过其受体介导的微循环保护作用;2.糖皮质激素不仅在应激情况下,即使在正常情况下可能就有抑制白细胞活化作用;3.大剂量糖皮质激素对内毒素休克有一定的防治作用,这一作用至少部分地是由GR所介导的。

Abstract:With glucocorticoid receptor(GR) blocked by RU_(486), we investigated mesenteric microcirculation change after intraverous injection of endotoxin and protect effect of pretreatment of dexamethasone. The results showed endogenous glucocorticoid had microcirculation protect effect mediated by GR during endotoxemia; glucocorticoid could inhibit WBC activating in stress and normal animals; in treatment of endotoxic shock, large dose of glucocorticoid had benifit mediated partially by GR.
