护理干预对视网膜再脱离患者术前负性情绪及应对方式的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对视网膜再脱离患者术前负性情绪及应对方式的影响.方法 将60例视网膜再脱离患者随机分成两组,对照组（n=30）术前采用常规护理,干预组（n=30）在此基础上实施系统的护理干预,包括疾病知识干预、缓解负性情绪的松弛措施、实施触摸护理、家属干预措施等.应用SDS、SAS、CSQ量表对两组患者干预前和手术前进行测评,比较心理状态改善情况.结果 干预组术前SDS、SAS、CSQ评分明显优于对照组.结论 对视网膜再脱离患者术前实施有效的护理干预,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,减轻心理压力,保证再次手术的顺利进行,利于术后康复.

Effects of nursing intervention on negative emotions and coping style for patients with retinal redetachment

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotions and coping style for patients with retinal redetachmem.Methods Sixty patients with retinal reenactment were divided into two groups:the intervention group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)randomly.Routine nursing method were used in the control group while systemic nursing interventions,such as the intervention of disease-related knowledge, relaxed therapy, touch care therapy, intervention on families were used in the intervention group. The collected data by using the scales including the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) , self-rating depression scale (SDS) and coping style questionnaires (CSQ). Results Negative emotions during preoperative period in the study group were less than that in the control group and in the coping style the study group was better than the control group. Conclusions The effective nursing intervention for the preoperative patients with retinal redetachment can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and psychological stress, and ensure the smooth progress of the re-operation.
