红光联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的探讨红光联合中药面膜在寻常痤疮治疗中的疗效与安全性。方法 168例寻常痤疮患者按1∶1∶1配对依照就诊顺序分为3组:红光组、中药面膜组和联合组,治疗4周后进行疗效评估,治疗结束后4周随访评估复发情况。结果红光组、中药面膜组和联合组有效率分别为72.00%,76.79%,90.32%,联合组有效率均高于红光组及中药面膜组(P0.05)。结论红光联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮疗效好,不良反应少,优于单用疗法。

The Effect of Red Light Combined with Traditional Chinese Drug Facial Mask in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Red light combined with traditional Chinese drug facial mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with acne vulgaris were divided into red light group,traditional chinese drug facial mask group and combination group. The treatment period was four weeks. Results The total effective rates of the red light group, traditional Chinese drug facial mask group and combination group were 72.00%,76.78% and 90.32% respectively,the effective rate of combination group was higher than Red light group and traditional Chinese drug facial mask group (P<0.05). Conclusion Red light combined with traditional Chinese drug facial mask is an effective and safe method treating acne vulgaris,which is better than any other single way.
