人参注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭69例临床观察

目的：观察人参注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：治疗组（６９例）在常规疗法基础上加用人参注射液治疗，对照组（４８例）采用单纯常规疗法。结果：治疗组在总的临床疗效和平均疗程上均明显优于对照组（总有效率分别为９１．３％和７７．１％，Ｐ均＜０．０５）；同时，治疗组对心悸、气急、腹胀、水肿和紫绀等症状改善率及心功能指标的改善作用方面显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。实验室检查表明，治疗组全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、血浆凝血因子Ｉ显著下降，而红细胞电泳率显著增快（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５），疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５），治疗组红细胞超氧化物歧化酶显著升高，脂质过氧化物显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组无明显变化。结论：人参注射液有明显的纠正心力衰竭，改善心功能作用，其疗效较单纯常规疗法高，可能与改善血液流变学及减轻脂质过氧化损伤有关。

Clinical observation on treating 69 cases of congestive heart failure with ginsen injection

Objective:To observe the effect of ginsen injection on congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:69 cases of CHF were treated with ginsen injection on the basis of conventional therapy (treatment group),and 48 cases were treated with routine therapy (control group).Results:The total effective rate of treatment and control group were 91 3% and 77 1% respectively.The clinical effect and mean course of therapy in the treatment group were superior to control group.On the other hand,the remissive rate of symptoms such as palpilation,short breath,abdominal distention,edema and cyanosis were superior in treatment group to control group,and parameters of cardiac function were ameliorated obviously in the treatment group.The laboratory findings indicated that hemorrheological parameters were improved in the treatment group,but not in the control group.Conclusions:Ginsen injection can correct obviously the heart failure and improve cardiac function.The mechanism of clinical efficacy may be relating to improving hemorrheology and reducing damage induced by lipid peroxidation.
