P73、P53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨P73、P53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法（S-P法）检测92例胃癌组织中的P73、P53蛋白的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料进行分析研究,以浅表性胃炎35例作对照。结果 92例胃癌中P73、P53蛋白阳性表达率分别为75.0%、65.2%,轻度慢性浅表性胃炎组均阴性,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。P73蛋白表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移及TNM分期无相关（P〉0.05）。P53蛋白表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移相关（P〈0.05）,与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、TNM分期无相关（P〉0.05）。结论 P73、P53高表达在胃癌发生中可能起重要作用,P53可能参与了胃癌的演进,并在胃癌的发展中起重要作用。

Expressions and Clinical Significance of P73 and P53 Protein in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expressions of P73 and P53 protein in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method（S-P method） was used to detect the expression of P73 and P53 protein in 92 cases of gastric carcinoma.A statistical analysis was applied to their clinicopathologic data.Results The corresponding positive rate of expression of P73 and P53 protein in gastric carcinoma were 75.0% and 65.2% respectively.It was markedly higher than that in chronic superficial gastritis.Compared with that in chronic superficial gastritis group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no correlation between the expression of P73 protein in gastric carcinoma and their sex,age,position and size of tumor,degree of differentiation,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastases,metastasis,TNM stage（P0.05）.There was correlation between the expression of P53 protein and the degree of differentiation,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastases,metastasis in gastric carcinoma（P0.05）,and there was no correlation between the expression of P53 protein and the sex,age,position and size of tumor,TNM stage in gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion High expressions of P73 and P53 protein in gastric carcinoma may play an important role in the attack of gastric carcinoma.Maybe P53 is an important factor in the course of cancerous progression.
