| 摘 要： | 目的 研究眼球肿瘤的CT表现，并探讨其在诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。材料与方法 回顾性分析22例经病理或临床证实的眼球肿瘤的CT表现。结果 成视网膜细胞瘤14例，脉络膜黑色素瘤5例，睫状体神经鞘瘤1例，脉络膜骨瘤1例，脉络膜血管瘤1例。其CT表现各具有特征。结论 CT可清楚显示眼球肿瘤的形态、大小和强化特征，为诊断和鉴别提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate CT findings of the intraocular tumor and their value in diagnosis and differentiation.Materials and Methods CT findings of 22 cases with pathologically- or clinically proved intraocular tumors were analyzed.Results Of 22 patients, retinoblastoma was seen in 14, choroidal melanoma in 5, and ciliary schwannoma, choroidal osteoma, choroidal hemangioma in one each. Each tumor showed own CT characteristics.Conclusion CT can well display the shape, size as well as the enhancement feature, providing useful information for the diagnosis and differentiation. |
