孕期心理教育对非必须剖宫产率的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨孕期心理教育对非必须剖宫产率的影响,加强孕期宣教,降低剖宫产率,提高产科质量。方法 记录2005年1~12月参加孕妇学校宣教两次以上的(实验组)和没有参加孕妇学校宣教的(对照组)在我院分娩的所有孕妇,比较两组剖官产率及非必须剖宫产率。结果 实验组比对照组非必须剖宫产率及低,P〈0.05差异显著。结论 通过孕期宣教,加强孕期心理教育,纠正错误认识,最终降低剖宫产率。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of psychological education during pregnancy on rate of unnecessary caesarean birth,to improve the birth quality and minimize the rate of caesarean birth through mental education during pregnancy.Methods Compared the pregnant women who received the pregnant education with the ones who weren't trained but delivered of babies in our hospital from January to December in 2005.Compared their rate of caesarean birth and unnecessary caesarean birth.Results There were significant difference between the two groups,in the group with education got a low rate of unnecessary caesarean birth(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological education during pregnancy can correct the misunderstanding of delivery and minimize the rate of caesarean birth.
