精神分裂症患者血浆精氨酸加压素含量的研究

目的　探讨精神分裂症患者血浆精氨酸加压素（AVP）的变化。 方法　 采用放射免疫法测定38例精神分裂症患者及22例正常对照者的血浆AVP含量。结果　 精神分裂症患者血浆AVP含量较对照组低，差异非常显著（t=9. 59，P＜0.01）；精神分裂症患者氯氮平治疗4周时其血浆AVP含量较治疗前显著增高（t=2.37，P＜0.05），氯丙嗪治疗前后则变化不明显（t=0.85， P＜0.05）。结论　 精神分裂症患者存在AVP代谢异常的现象；氯氮平等抗精神药物对体内AVP代谢有一定的影响。

Plasmatic arginine Vasopressin(AVP) concentration in schizophrenic patients

Objective To explore the changes of plasmatic AVP in schizophernic patients. Methods Plasmatic AVP concentration was determined with radioimmunoassay in 38 Schizophrenic Patients and 22 normal controls. Result Compared with normal controls, plasmatic AVP concentration in schizophrenic patients was significant decreased （t=9.59, P＜0.01）.There were significant difference in plasmatic AVP of patients before and after clozapine treatment（t=2.37，P＜0.05）;No significant different was found in patients before and after chlorpromazine treatment(t=0.85, P＞0.05).Conclusions The results suggest that there are abnormal metabolism in plasmatic AVP of schizophrenic patients. The metabolism of AVP in schizophrenic patients may be influenced by treatment of some psychotropic drugs, such as clozapine.
