摘    要:为探讨5-HT2受体与心肌缺血 再灌注损伤的关系,观察5-HT2受体阻断剂kentanserin对心肌缺血 再灌注大鼠室颤及左室内压+dp/dtmax及-dp/dtmax的影响。结果表明,kentanserin可拮抗缺血性心功能障碍和再灌室颤。提示5-HT2受体参与了缺血性心功能障碍和再灌室性心律失常的发生。

The Influence of Kentanserin on Myocardium Ischemia-repurfusion Injury in Rats

Abstract:The effects of kentanserin on ischemia-repurfusion ventricular fibrillation and left ventri-cular pressure +dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax in rats were studied in order to clarify the relationship between the bolcker of 5-HT2 receptor and myocardium ischemia-repurfusion injury. The results indicated that the kentanserin reduced the change of ischemic myocardium function and repurfusion ventricular fibrillation. It suggests that 5-HT2 receptor is related to the change of ischemic myocardium function and repurfusion ventricular arrhthymia.
