万拉法新与氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

目的比较万拉法新与氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将60例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的老年患者随机分成两组,分别给予万拉法新及氟西汀治疗,疗程6周,于治疗前及治疗后1,2,4,6周末分别用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果万拉法新组抗抑郁作用起效快,在第1,2周末HAMD评分低于氟西汀组,差异有显著性(t值分别为2.14和2.02,P<0.05)。经过6周治疗,万拉法新组显效率80.0%,氟西汀组显效率66.7%,差异无显著性(2=1.36,P>0.05)。不良反应均较轻微,两组差异无显著性。结论万拉法新是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,可以作为治疗老年抑郁症的第一线抗抑郁药使用。

A clinical control study of venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of senile depression

ObjectiveTo compare clinical efficacy and side effects between venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of senile depression. MethodsSixty patients who met CCMD-2-R for senile depression were randomly assigned into 2 groups. One group was treated with venlafaxine and the other with fluoxetine for six weeks. Hamilton Rating Scale(HAMD), Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects before and after 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks of the treatment. ResultsVenlafaxine showed more rapid effects than fluoxetine after 1 and 2 weeks of the treatment,the scores of HAMD were lower than that of fluoxetine,which reduced significantly (P<0.05).The total effective rates for venlafaxine and fluoxetine were 80.0% and 66.7% respectivelyafter 6 weeks of the treatment,there were no significantly differences between the two groups(~(2)=1.36,P>0.05). The side effects of two groups were slight and have no differences.ConclusionVenlafaxine is a safe and effective antidepressant. It is suggested that venlafaxine could be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of senile depression.
