摘    要:目的:重新制订丹参药材商品规格等级标准。方法:采用外观性状与内在质量评价相结合的方法,通过产地及市场药材商品调查,梳理当前市场丹参药材规格等级现状,提炼丹参药材商品分级的规律及核心要素,针对这些划分要素运用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱、紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器对所收集的多批次样品进行系统地定性与定量比较分析。结果:产地对丹参质量影响较小,丹参的直径与丹酚酸类成分含量呈正相关,与丹参酮类成分含量呈负相关,与多糖类成分相关性不大,硫熏可致酚酸类成分发生变化。结论:制订了丹参药材商品规格等级标准,即按产地划分“川丹参”“山东丹参”与“其他产区”3个规格,各规格项下根据直径和长度分为不同等级。

Abstract:Objective:Re-formulate the standards of commercial grades for Chinese materia medica of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Methods:The appearance characteristics with intrinsic quality evaluation was combined to comb the current market situation of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma materia medica specifications and grades.The data extracted the rules and core elements of commercial grades for Chinese materia medica of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and ultraviolet spectrophotometer were utilized for analyzing these elements.Systematic qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis of the collected samples was undertaken to clarify the inherent law between appearance characteristics and internal components,and to provide a basis for more scientific and rational formulation of commercial grades for Chinese materia medica of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Results:The quality of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was less affected by different producing areas,and the chemical composition of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from different diameters was positively correlated with salvianolic acids,but negatively correlated with tanshinones,and rarely relevant with polysaccharides.Sulfur fumigation could cause changes in phenolic acids.Conclusion:Through revealing the inherent quality change rule of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma caused by different dividing factors,the standards of commercial grades for Chinese materia medica of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was established on this basis,that is,according to the origin of Chuandanshen and Shandongdanshen participating in other producing areas,three specifications were divided into different grades according to the diameter and length of each specifications.
