摘    要:超声组织定征(ultrasonic tissue character,UTC)是通过检测组织的声学参数来定量描述正常和病理组织的物理特征。背向散射积分(integrated backacatter,IBS)作为UTC的参数,可以识别缺血心肌、顿抑心肌、梗死心肌、左心室心肌肥厚及心脏移植排斥反应。评价糖尿病、尿毒症引起的弥漫性心肌受累状态,血管内血栓形成、动脉斑块的成分、乳腺、肝脏、肾脏等疾病。UTC技术具有很大的临床价值和发展潜力。

Abstract:Ultrasonic tissue characterization is based on the principle of ultrasonic backscatter,and quantitatively describes the physical characteristic of normal and abnormal tissue by detecting the acoustic paraeters.The development of real-time two-dimensional integrated backscatteer imaging has made feasible clinical investigations of ultrasonic tissue characterization including detection of ischemic myocardium,stunned myocardium,infracted myocardium,left ventricular hypertrophy,detection of cardiac allograft rejection,and study of diffuse myocardial involvement such as diabetes mellitus and uremia,and composition of thrombus and arterial plaque,disease of breast,liver and renal.UTC has shown the potential to yield information.
