警察工作倦怠的调查

摘    要:目的 了解警察工作倦怠的现状。方法 采用 Maslach工作倦怠量表 -服务行业版 ( MBI-HSS)对 2 5 2名警察进行了调查。结果  1人口统计学变量方面 ,男性警察情绪疲惫程度高于女性警察 ( t=2 .2 3 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时体验到更多的个人成就感 ( t=2 .92 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ;年龄大的警察情绪疲惫 ( F=1 1 .97,P<0 .0 0 1 )和去人性化程度 ( F=3 .89,P<0 .0 5 )比年轻警察严重 ;警龄长的警察情绪疲惫 ( F=9.5 3 ,P<0 .0 0 1 )和去人性化程度 ( F =3 .3 9,P<0 .0 5 )比年轻警察严重 ;已婚警察情绪疲惫 ( t=3 .81 ,P<0 .0 0 1 )和去人性化程度 ( t=3 .3 9,P<0 .0 0 1 )高于未婚警察 ;大专以下学历警察的去人性化程度比本科以上学历警察严重 ( t=1 .99,P<0 .0 5 )。2一线单位警察的情绪疲惫比后勤机关警察严重 ( t=2 .2 7,P<0 .0 5 )。3日工作时间在 8小时以上的警察情绪疲惫程度越高 ( t=-4.1 1 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,个人成就感越强 ( t=-2 .1 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 警察的工作倦怠程度较高 ,男性、警龄长、已婚、在一线单位工作和日工作时间长的警察应列为预防和干预的重点对象

Abstract:Objective To investigate job burnout of police-officers in China. Methods 252 police-officers were assessed by MBI-HSS. Results (1)In the aspects of the demographic variables, the results are as follows:police-officers experience higher levels of emotional exhaustion (t=2.23,P<0.05)but greater personal accomplishment(t=2.92,P<0.01)than policewoman;older police-officers experienced higher emotional exhaustion(F=11.97,P<0.001) and depersonalization(F=3.89,P<0.05); Police-officers whose job experience above six year experienced higher emotional exhaustion (F=9.53,P<0.001)and depersonalization(F=3.39,P<0.05); married police officers reveal higher level of emotion exhaustion (t=3.81,P<0.001)and depersonalization(t=3.39,P<0.001), and police of lower education level reveal higher depersonalization(t=1.99,P<0.05); (2)Police-offices working in the front service department reported greater emotion exhaustion than the police officers in the rear service department(t=2.27,P<0.05).(3)the police-officers with longer work time per day demonstrate higher extent of emotion exhaustion (t=-4.11,P<0.001)and greater personal accomplishment(t=-2.11,P<0.05). Conclusion Police-officers demonstrate enormous extent of job burnout, and we should put more emphasis on the prevention of the job burnout in the male married officers and the police-officers with longer work experience and longer work time per day.
