老年腹股沟直疝采用无张力修补术14例临床观察

目的　观察老年腹股沟直疝无张力修补术的治疗效果。方法　用巴德公司产疝修补材料仿Mcvay法与耻骨结节、耻骨梳韧带缝合并周边固定补片 ,以求彻底关闭肌耻骨裂孔。结果　术后观察最长达 2年 ,腹内压增高疾病依然存在 ,但均无复发。术后伤口出现红肿 9例 ,均在术后 5d内消退 ,无 1例感染。结论　腹股沟直疝用仿Mcvay法无张力修补术是提高治愈率 ,减少复发一种好方法

Clinic Observation on Using the Method of Non-tension Repair for 14 Cases of Senile Direct Inguinal Hernia

Objective To observe the curative effect of non tension repair method in the patients with senile direct inguinal hernia. Methods Using Mcvay method we sutured hernial repair material (produced by Bard company) with pubic tubercle and pectineal ligament, meanwhile fixed supplemental piece around hernial repair material in order to close muscle pubis hiatus entirely. Results The follow up observation time lasts 2 years after operation. There were the disease of intra abdominal pressure raise, but the direct inguinal hernia didn't relapse. Rubefaction and tumefaction occurred in the wound of 9 cases and disappeared after operation in 5 days. There was no postoperative infection complication. Conclusion Non tension repair in treatment of senile direct inguinal hernia using Mcvay method could reduce its recurrence and raise curative effect.
