原发性前列腺移行细胞癌4例的诊断与治疗

目的提高对原发性前列腺移行细胞癌（PTCC）的认识，探讨诊治方法。方法结合文献复习，回顾分析4例PTCC的临床资料。结果术前确诊1例，行前列腺根治切除，现仍在随访中。其余3例均为术后病理确诊，2例行经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP），分别于术后11和9个月死亡。1例行开放前列腺摘除，已随访7个月。结论PTCC早期诊断困难，确诊主要依赖前列腺穿刺活检及术后病理检查。

Diagnosis and treatment of primary transitional cell carcinoma of prostate (a report of 4 cases)

Objective To explore the experience in diagnosis and treatment of primary transitional cell carcinoma of prostate for raising the level of its diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data and features of 4 cases were retrospectively reviewed. Then diagnostic measures, clinical and therapeutic aspects of this kind of neoplasm were discussed. Results Radical prestatectomy was performed in 1 case and the patient was under follow up. Other three cases were confirmed by pathological examination. TURP was performed in 2 of these 3 cases and both of them died 11 months and 9 months respectively later. Conclusions Early diagnosis of PTCC is difficult. The confirmatory diagnosis of this disease depends on transrectal needle biopsy of prostate or pathological examination of specimens of prostate after operation.
