杭州某社区人群血尿酸水平与代谢综合征各组分的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨杭州市某社区人群血尿酸水平与代谢综合征(MS)各组分肥胖、血压、血糖和血脂的相关性.方法 对2013年杭州市四季青社区参加体检的18岁以上居民2 288人进行调查,分别按该人群中男性和女性血尿酸水平的四分位数法将男女性各分为4组,测定体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和尿酸(UA)等指标.结果 在男性人群中,SBP、DBP、WC、TC和TG均随着血UA水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.05),而HDL-C则显著降低(P<0.05);在女性人群中,年龄、SBP、DBP、WC、FPG、TC、TG和LDL-C均随着血UA水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.05),而HDL-C则显著降低(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,在男性人群中,BMI、SBP和TG与血UA水平升高呈显著正相关(P<0.05);在女性人群中,BMI、TG和FPG与血UA水平升高呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论 高尿酸血症与中心性肥胖、血压高、血糖高及血脂异常等MS组分之间有密切关系,血UA水平与女性的相关性更强.因此,有效地控制血UA水平是预防和治疗MS的重要途径之一.

Correlations Between Serum Uric Acid level and Components of Metabolic Syndrome in the Groups of HangZhou X Community

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlations between serum uric acid(UA)levels and components of metabolic syndrome. METHODS Data of 2 288 subjects aged 18N95 years undergoing health examination were collected. In male and female groups, the subjects were divided into four groups based on quartiles of the serum UA level respectively. BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, FPG, FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and UA were measured. RESULTS The findings demonstrated that increased uric acid level was associat- ed with WC, SBP, DBP, TC, TG, HDL-C significantly (P〈0.05) in men; increased uric acid level was associated with Age, WC, SBP, DBP, FPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in women. Logistic regression analysis suggested that BMI, SBP and TG were positively correlated with hyperuricemia in men; BMI, TG and FPG were positively correlated with hyperurieemia in women. CONCLUSIONS Serum uric acid intimately is more closely associated with abdominal obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia and the other metabolic syndrome components in women than in man. High UA among middle-aged may predict the development of Mets.
