社区老年住院慢性病患者生活质量调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解老年慢性病患者的生活质量现状,探讨其影响因素,从而提出相关对策.方法 收集在本院住院的老年慢性病患者,进行社会支持量表、症状自评量表（SCL-90）及生活质量（WHOQOL-100）评定.利用统计学方法分析影响老年住院慢性病患者生活质量的各种因素.结果 （1）在该老年慢性病患者人群中,有51.6％生活质量下降,51.6％存在心理障碍.（2）多元逐步回归分析表明,影响该老年患者人群QOL的主要因素为疾病严重程度、社会支持水平及是否患有肿瘤病.结论 老年住院慢性病患者生活质量下降是普遍的,受主要疾病严重程度、社会支持水平及是否存在肿瘤的影响.改善老年人的躯体健康,提高社会支持力度,可提高老年慢性病患者的生活质量.

Life Quality and Influencing Factors of Aged In-patients with Chronic Diseases

OBJECTIVE To learn the current situation of life quality of aged in-patients and to explore the influencing factors, 93 cases of aged chronic patients in hospital were selected to be investigated. METHODS Social Support Scale, Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）and WHOQOL-100 were used to assess the life quality of patients. Multiple Stepwise Regression model was used to ana- lyze the data. RESULTS （1）The scores of life quality decreased significantly among 51.6% of the all patients. In the same popula- tion, 51.6% of aged patients have problem of mental health. （2）QOL scores were positively correlated with severity of disease, the levels of social support and suffering from oncological disease. CONCLUSION The life quality of aged in-patients with chronic deseases declined generally. Those patients with severe diseases, less social support or suffering from oncological disease got low scores of life quality. To improve the life quality of aged in-patients, it needs to improving the body health, strengthen social support and increase the scores of life quality of aged in-patients with chronic diseases.
