老年人胃溃疡患病相关影响因素Logistic回归分析

目的：探讨老年人胃溃疡患病相关影响因素，并进行Logistic回归分析。方法：选取我院收治的老年胃溃疡患者50例作为观察组，选取同期的健康体检老年人150例作为对照组，采取1：3病例对照研究方法，进行分析比较。结果：年龄、文化程度、吸烟史、饮酒史、饮食习惯均与胃溃疡发病有相关性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。文化程度为保护性因素、其他均为危险因素。结论：年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史、饮食习惯均为老年胃溃疡发病的危险因素，文化程度为保护性因素。

Logistic regression analysis of related factors to older gastric ulcer patients

Objective： To investigate the related factor to older gastric ulcer patients, and analyse logistic regression analysis. Methods： 50 elderly patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital were observation group, and 150 cases of healthy elderly people in the same period were control group in which taking a 1：3 case-control study were analyzed and compared. Results： Age, education level, smoking history, alcohol consumption, dietary habits were correlated with the incidence of gastric ulcer in which the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Education level was as a protective factor, others were risk factors. Conclusion： Age, smoking history, alcohol consumption, dietary habits are risk factors for gastric ulcer incidence , education is a protective factor.
