天津市西青区农村居民健康知识需求调查

目的 了解天津市西青区农村居民健康教育需求,为今后在农村有针对性地开展健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据.方法 采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取2个镇3个社区/村,调查在当地居住满6个月、15岁以上能独立回答问题的居民.由经过统一培训的调查员进行入户调查及电话调查.结果 共收回问卷4 467份,实际有效问卷4 341份,有效回收率为97.18％.居民希望获得的健康知识居前三位的是传染病防治知识（62.33％）、慢性病防治知识（45.17％）及家庭急救知识（44.16％）,不同年龄及地区居民对各类健康知识的需求不同（P＜0.05）.目前获得健康知识的途径主要为电视（89.84％）、报纸、杂志（65.08％）及医生咨询（33.64％）,而希望获得健康知识的途径主要为电视（83.26％）、医生咨询（75.59％）及报纸杂志（35.23％）.结论 应根据不同年龄及地区居民健康知识需求的不同,有针对性地开展多种形式的健康教育,提高农村居民的健康知识水平.

Survey on Health Knowledge Demand of Rural Residents in Xiqing District of Tianjin

OBJECTIVE To understand the health education needs of rural residents in Xiqing District of Tianjin, in the future for the country to provide the basis for pertinent health education and health promotion. METHODS stratified random cluster sampling method, 3 community/village 2 Town extraction, investigation on local residence for 6 months, 15 years old could answer the question residents. Trained interviewers household survey and telephone survey. RESULTS A total of 4 467 questionnaires were recovered, the actual 4 341 effective questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 97.18%. The residents hope that the health knowledge get top three for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases（62.33%）, the knowledge of prevention and control of chronic diseases（45.17%） and family first aid knowledge（44.16%）, residents of different age and different for various types of health knowledge demand（P〈0.05）. At present, access to health knowledge mainly for TV（89.84%）, newspapers and magazines（65.08%） and doetor（33.64%）, and hoping to gain access to health knowledge mainly for television（83.26%）, doctor consuhation（75.59%） and in newspapers and magazines（35.23%）. CONCLUSION according to the residents of different age and area health knowledge demand different, targeted to carry out various forms of health education, improve the level of health knowledge of rural residents.
