潍坊市乡镇卫生院人力资源现状研究

摘    要:目的 对潍坊市乡镇卫生院人力资源的现状进行研究.方法 全面收集某市乡镇卫生院人力资源的相关数据,并进行统计分析.结果 该市卫生院存在护理人员短缺、人员年龄结构不合理和执业能力相对较低等问题.结论 有关部门应从政策、资金等各方面加大对乡镇卫生院人力资源培养与引进的支持力度,提高乡镇卫生院的卫生服务能力.

Studies on the Present Situation about Human Resources of Township Hospital in Weifang

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the present situation about human resources of township hospital in Weifang. METHODS Data about human resources of township hospital in the city were collected and analyzed. RESULTS There were several problems in township hospital, such as: the shortage of nurses, the unreasonable of staff structure and the relativity low of practice ability et al. CONCLUSION The government should increase the support for financial compensation to the primary health care institutions and increase the support for introduction and training of township hospital from several ways such as policy and finance to improve the health service capacity of township hospital.
