柳州市乡镇卫生院卫生资源现状与发展建议

目的 调查广西壮族自治区柳州市乡镇卫生院人员队伍、诊疗设备和基础设施建设等卫生资源现状,为合理配置乡镇卫生院医疗资源提供参考.方法 设计调查表,对乡镇卫生卫生资源现状调查并分析.结果 2013年柳州市现有卫生技术人员3 641人,较2009年医改前人员增幅达66.48％,但学历水平和执业能力都有一定的下降,构成差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）.结论 柳州市应重点支持在职人员继续教育和学历提升工程,同时增加乡镇卫生院辅助设施、基本仪器和救护车辆.

Present Situation and Development Suggestion of Township Health Resources in Liuzhou

OBJECTIVE Investigation of township hospitals in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region teams, equipment and infrastructure, such as health status, provide a reference for rational allocation of medical resources in township. METHODS Design of survey forms, investigation and analysis on present situation of township health resources in health. RESULTS In 2013, Liuzhou had 3 641 people of existing health professionals which increased to 66.48% compared to the staff increase before medical reform in 2009, but the level of qualifications and to practise a certain decline, constitute a statistically significant difference（P〈0.001）. CONCLUSIONS It is needed to focus on supporting in-service continuing education and education in Liuzhou promotion project, but also the township secondary facilities, basic equipment and ambulances.
