2005-2012年金昌市法定传染病网络直报质量评价

目的：评价2005-2012年金昌市法定传染病网络直报质量,为进一步加强报告质量提供依据.方法：整理2005-2012年金昌市法定传染病个案数据库,应用各项质量评价指标完成评价.结果：2005-2012年金昌市法定传染病网络直报及时报告率和及时审核率均达100％;“填卡医生空缺率”、“工作单位空缺率”、“14岁以下家长空缺率”“学生和儿童工作单位空缺率”分别为：5.76％、78.92％、21.45％和61.36％;实际重卡率和错卡率分别为2.46％和0.19％.结论：金昌市传染病网络直报系统覆盖率、网络报告率较高;“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”报告质量结果不能很好评价传染病网络直报质量;卫生机构网报责任心的加强、疾控机构督导工作的规范化和卫生行政部门奖惩制度的完善也许对提高传染病网络直报质量大有裨益.

Evaluation on quality of internet-based reporting of notifiable communicable diseases in Jinchang,2005-2012

Objective： To evaluate the quality of national intemet-based reporting of notifiable communicable diseases in Jinchang from 2005 to 2012 and p,＇ovide evidence to improve the reporting quality.Methods：The data of national notifiablecommunicable disease surveillance between 2005 and 2012 were collected to conduct the quality evaluation with the different indicators. Results ：The rate of timely reporting and verifying repeated reporting were all 100%. The vacancy rate of fill card doctor,work unit, name of parents whose children was under the age of 14 and work unit of students and children＇s were respectively 5.76%,78.92%,21.45% and 61.36%. The actual rate of the repeated card and wrong card were respectively 2.46% and 0.19%. Conclusion：The rate of coverage and report in notifiable communicable diseases system are higher.China information system for disease control and prevention cannot evaluate quality of internet-based repotting of notifiable conmmnicahle diseases well. It is beneficial for improving quality of internet- based reporting of notifiable communicable diseases to enhance the sense of responsibility in health agency,normalize Supervision in CDC work and pefect the system of rewards and penalties in Departments administering.
