正畸固定矫治患者牙龈炎病因探讨与预防

目的：探讨分析正畸固定矫治患者牙龈炎的发病原因,为预防和治疗提供参考.方法：回顾分析2012年1月至12月于我院正畸固定矫治的300例患者,随机分为两组,各组150例,A组给予常规治疗和指导,B组在此基础上进行口腔卫生健康教育和宣传,定期施行龈上洁治术,对于牙龈红肿的患者,可根据需要使用派力奥辅助治疗.在治疗3个月、6个月后,评价两组患者的牙龈情况,并对引发牙龈炎的可能因素进行Lsogistic回归分析.结果：年龄＜25岁,男性、下切牙、矫治器装置不良、每日刷牙＜2次、每次刷牙＜3min均为正畸固定矫治患者牙龈炎的发病影响因素,而口腔卫生宣传教育、化学药物帮助治疗为其保护因素.结论：为预防正畸矫治过程中牙龈炎的发生,应加大宣传教育,养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,并严格规范医生的操作.

Conelusion：orthodontic treatment process to prevent the occurrence of gingivitis,should increase publicity and education, develop good oral hygiene habits, and strictly regulate the operation of a doctor .
