输卵管阻塞介入再通术235例疗效分析

目的对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者采用介入性输卵管再通术治疗,并评价其治疗效果。方法对235例确诊为输卵管阻塞的不孕症患者,在电视监视下,利用微导丝的机械作用和再通液的消炎、抗粘连等作用,疏通和治疗输卵管阻塞。术后抗炎及定期输卵管通液治疗。结果235例输卵管阻塞患者中双侧阻塞162例,一侧阻塞73例,共有397条输卵管不通,介入术后368条输卵管显影通畅良好,再通率为92.69%。无严重并发症发生;术后1年内对185例患者进行跟踪随访,怀孕57例,达30.81%,无异位妊娠发生。结论选择性输卵管再通术是治疗输卵管性不孕的一种微创有效的方法。

Curative effect analytical of 235 cases of interventional tubal recanalization

Objective To explore the efficacy of interventional recanalization for infertile women with fallopian tube obstruction. Methods 235 infertility with fallopian tube obstruction were selected. Under television monitoring, selective salp- ingography was performed using eo-axiol eatheteoization with moero-guide wire mechanism combined with reeanalization, anti-inflammalory agents during the procedure and postoperative period. Results The fallopian tube obstruction of 235 cases of unilater and bilater were 162 and 73 cases respectively .All of 397 fallopian tube obstruction, 368 fallopian tubes showed good salpingostomy after interventional recanalization, the rate was 92.69%. No severe complication occurred in all patients.185 patients were followed up for 1 year and 57 patients were pregnancy,the rate was 30.81%.No ectopic pregnancy was encountered in this series. Conclution Seletive fallopian tube recanalization was a good minimally invasive surgery in treatment of tubal infertility.
