忆美尔颗粒剂提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究影响忆美尔颗粒剂制备的各种因素,确定最佳提取工艺条件。方法用正交实验L9(34)设计安排实验,分别以干浸膏、异秦皮啶含量为考察指标,优选忆美尔颗粒剂提取工艺。结果忆美尔颗粒剂最佳提取工艺为A1B3C2D3。结论该方法可用于忆美尔颗粒剂的工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the factors that affect the production of Yimeier granules,and find the best procedure.Methods According to the orthogonal design,the dry extract and the content of isofraxidin were fixed as the effective factors on improving the production procedure of the Yimeier granules.Results The best procedure was designed by A1B2C2D3.Conclusion The method can be used in industrialized production of Yimeier granules.
