| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附试验测定长沙、澧县和吉首三地区猪血清的旋毛虫抗体,阳性率分别为6.0％,26.0％及20.9％;长沙猪的阳性率明显低于澧县和吉首,而后二地无显著性差异。又用间接免疫过氧化物酶染色法检测长沙及吉首的猪血清旋毛虫抗体,阳性率分别为11.0％和27.4％,差异亦具高度显著性。①讨论了三地猪血清抗体阳性率的差异,认为旋毛虫病在我省可能存在。

| Abstract: | A seroepidemiological survey of pig trichinosis in Changsha,Lixian and Jishou of Hunan Province is reported.By ELISA,the positivity rates of pig sera from Changsha,Lixian and Jishou were 6.0% (12/200), 26.0% (45/173) and 20.9% (37/177) respectively. The positivity rate of pig sera in Changsha was lower than that in Lixian and Jishou.The differences were highly significant.But there was no significant difference between the positivity rates of Lixian and Jishou.By IIP, 91 pig sera from Changsha and 95 pig sera from Jishou selected randomly were tested.The positivity rates were11.0% and 27.4% respectively,and the difference was highly significant.At the same time,the findings of IIP coincided with those of ELISA considerably.The possible factors which might influence the differences of positivity rates in these areas were discussed. It was conjectured that trichinosis in human or some kind of animals may exist in Hunan.It is necessary to get physi-cians,quarantine officers and common people being on the alert against of the disease. |
