| 摘 要： | 目的 研究小鼠柯萨奇病毒性心肌炎模型血，心肌柯萨奇病毒ＲＮＡ含量的关系；外周血中肠道病毒ＲＮＡ含量与心肌病理积分的关系。方法 利用定量ＰＣＲ方法检测病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型急性期外周血，心肌肠道病毒ＲＮＡ含量。结果 ＣＶＢ３感染所致心肌炎小鼠外周血，心肌中肠道病毒ＲＮＡ含量显著正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the enterovirus RNA concentration in myocardial tissues and blood by PCR quantitation and the correlation of enterovirus RNA concentration with histopathologic myocardial changes in murine myocarditis. Methods The enterovirus RNA levels were determined by Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction. Results The enterovirus RNA levels in myocardial tissue of Coxsackie virus B3induced myocarditis BALB/ C mouse were in good correlation with that in blood, r=0.94, P<0.01. Both enterovirus RNA concentration of blood and myocardial tissue were relevant to histopathologic myocardial changes in murine myocarditis, r=0.80,P<0.01;r=0.85,P<0.01 respectively. Conclusion Blood level of enterovirus RNA is a good parameter to reflect the enterovirus RNA concentration in myocardium of murine acute myocarditis, and also well correlated with histopathologic myocardial changes in acute murine myocarditis. |
