复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的　观察复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及对心电图、血脂的影响。方法　对70例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组 36例和对照组 34例 ,对照组常规应用抗心绞痛药物 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸。结果　治疗组在缓解症状、改善心电图及降低血脂等均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,不良反应少。结论　复方丹参滴丸是一种有效且不良反应少的抗心绞痛药物

Clinical observation of compound dan-shen root dripped pill on unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound dan-shen root dripped pill on unstable angina pectoris,electrocardiograph and lipids.Methods Seventy patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomized into two groups:the therapy group(36 cases) and the control group(34 cases).The control group received conventional antianginal drugs and the therapy group received conventional antianginal drugs plus compound dan-shen root dripped pill.Results The remission of symptoms,the amelioration of electrocardiograph and the reduction of lipids in the therapy group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05) and the side effect was less.Conclusion Compound dan-shen root dripped pill is an effective antianginal drug with little side effect.
