传染病医院口腔器械消毒效果分析

摘    要:目的 比较不同方法对口腔器械的消毒效果,预防交叉感染。方法 配置HBsAg悬液、金黄色葡萄球菌液,将人工污染后的口腔器械完全浸入不同的消毒液中或放入压力蒸气灭菌器中进行消毒处理,进行无菌检查。结果 高压蒸汽消毒灭菌器可使人工污染过的口腔器械全部达到无菌,对HBsAg抗原性灭活达100%,高压蒸汽消毒灭菌器效果比化学消毒剂的消毒效果好。结论 使用恰当的消毒药水可提高口腔器械消毒效果,高压蒸汽消毒灭菌器灭菌效果可靠,是预防交叉感染的重要手段,传染病医院要注意加强感染管理。

Abstract:Objective The aim of study was to investigate the germicidal effects of these different methods. Methods Dental instruments were contaminated artificially by the suspension of HBsAg or Staphylococcus aureus, and then examined the germicidal effect after the different disinfectants or autoclave sterilization was used. Results The germicidal effect of autoclave sterilization was significantly better than chemical disinfectants. Autoclave sterilization could completely kill all virus and bacteria that are contaminated on the dental instruments. Conclusion Suitable disinfectant can improve sterilization effect. Germicidal effect of Autoclave sterilization is more reliable, they can prevent effectively the occurrence of iatrogenic cross infection. Hospital for infectious diseases should enhance supervision of infections.
