摘    要:目的 探讨纳洛酮(naloxone)降低血浆中黏附分子sICAM-1、VCAM-1的表达.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法测定15例脑梗死患者急性期和恢复期血浆中sICAM-1、VCAM-1含量,并与12例对照组患者血浆中sICAM-1、VCAM-1含量作对照观察.结果 对照组有较高的黏附分子表达水平,纳洛酮治疗组黏附分子表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 纳洛酮可能通过减轻脑梗死后局部的炎性反应,从而起到脑保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the decrease of the expression of sICAM-1,VCAM-1 in blood plasma of cerebral infraction patients by naloxone.Methods A prospective analysis was performed on blood plasma samples in 15 patients with cerebral infraction in acute stage and convalescence and 12 control patients by using quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for sICAM-1,VCAM-1.Results The levels of sICAM-1 in blood plasma of patients with cerebral infraction in acute stage and convalescence were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01);The levels of VCAM-1 were found to be elevated in blood plasma of patients compared with that in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone may have the brain protective effects by relieving the inflammation in fuci after cerebral infraction.
