导弓式矫治器在乳替牙期前牙反治疗中的临床应用

目的:探讨导弓式矫治器在乳替牙期前牙反治疗中的作用。方法:采用上颌导弓式矫治器治疗乳替牙期前牙反病例7例。结果:7例患者分别在3周~6个月内解除了前牙反。结论:导弓式矫治器在乳替牙期前牙反的治疗中,效果显著,方法简便,并且有利于患儿保持口腔卫生。导弓式矫治器同时具备机械及肌能矫治的双重作用,既能利用舌簧推上前牙唇向移动解除前牙反,又可通过导弓促进下颌后退或限制下颌前伸,改善上下颌骨的位置关系。由于制作简便,适宜基层医院推广应用。

Clinical Application of the Interocclusal Lip Arch Appliance in Curing the Anterior Teeth Reverse Overbiter

Objective To discuss the effect of the interocclusal lip arch appliance in curing the anterior teeth reverse overbite. Methods Seven cases with anterior teeth reverse overbite in the period of deciduous or leeway teeth were cured with the interocclusal lip arch appliance. Results All cases were cured from three weeks to six months. Conclusion The appliance is batter in the therapy of the anterior teeth reverse overbite. The technique is easer to use and is batter for the nonnasality cleanness. It has both the mechanical and functional effects. The appliance can move the anterior teeth to the lip by the spring to cure the bite, and meliorate the relation of maxilla and mandible by push the mandible back. It is better to be spread in the basic hospitals for simple technique.
