生脉散合炙甘草汤加减液对感染柯萨奇B_3病毒的培养大鼠心肌细胞的影响

摘    要:[目的 ]探讨生脉散合炙甘草汤加减液对病毒性心肌炎的影响 ,为该药的临床应用提供实验依据 .[方法 ]取新生SD大鼠心室肌培养搏动心肌细胞 48h后 ,添加 10 3 TCID50 的柯萨奇B3 病毒作病毒性心肌炎模型 .实验分 4个组进行 ,即正常组、病毒组、干扰素组、生脉散合炙甘草汤加减液组 .[结果 ]生脉散合炙甘草汤加减液明显减轻心肌细胞感染病毒后病变 ,改善细胞搏动 ,明显降低心肌细胞释放酶(乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶 )活性 ,减轻超微结构的病变 .[结论 ]生脉散合炙甘草汤加减液对感染柯萨奇B3 病毒的SD大鼠培养心肌细胞具有明显的抗病毒和保护作用

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the anti-viral effects and the protecting mechanisms of pulse-activating powder combined with the roast Glycyrrhiza decoction adjusted juice for the cultured rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3 for clinical application. METHODS The beating myocardial cells were obtained from the ventricular myocardium of newborn Sparaque-Dawley rats and incubated for 48 hours and inoculated with 10 3TCID 50 of Coxsackie virus B 3 as experimental model of viral myocarditis. All rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, vinus model group, interferon treated group and pulse-activating powder combined with roast Glycyrrhiza decoction adjusted juice treated group (PGP). RESULTS The PGP significantly alleviate the pathogenic changes of myocardial cells, improve percent of cell beating, reduce the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine phosphokinase and alleviated the ultrastructive changes of myocardial cells of myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3. CONCLUSION The PGP has anti-viral effects and significantly protecting effects for SD rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3.
