恩度联合肝动脉化疗栓塞对原发性肝癌血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗中晚期肝癌后血清VEGF表达的影响。方法选取中晚期肝癌患者40例随机分成治疗组、对照组各20例,对照组采用单纯的TACE术,治疗组在单纯TACE术基础上加上恩度栓塞肝动脉,所有患者在术前和术后3d、7d、14d、21d、28d、35d、49d采用ELISA检测血清VEGF的变化。结果 TACE术后VEGF呈下降趋势,在术后21d达到最低点,治疗组稳定继续下降趋势,对照组在术后14d到达最低点,而后却有上升趋势,并超过了术前指标,两组在术后21d、28d、35d指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过对两组病例的VEGF表达动态观察,表明了恩度在抑制肿瘤血管中的作用。

Endostar combined TACE on VEGF expression in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study the effect of recombinant human endostatin （Endostar） combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） on serum VEGF expression in treatment of advanced liver cancer.Methods 40 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases each group.The control group was treated with TACE alone,and treatment group was treated with TACE and Endostar technique of hepatic artery embolization.Serum VEGF in all patients were detected before surgery and after 3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,49 d by ELISA.Results In the treatment group,VEGF decreased after 21 d at the lowest point,and then kept the decline trend.But in the control group,VEGF reached the lowest point after 14 d,and then have a rising trend and exceeded the preoperative indicators.There was a significant difference of indexes after 21 d,28 d,35 d between both groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Endostar can inhibit tumor angiogenesis through observing the expression of VEGF.
