经尿道前列腺汽化电切术中血糖监测的临床意义

目的了解经尿道前列腺汽化电切术中血糖变化。方法选择硬膜外麻醉或腰硬联合麻醉下经尿道前列腺汽化电切术70例，术中观察并记录最高血糖值及出现时间。结果术中有9例（12．86％）血糖升高至10．1～37．9mmol／L，1例发生电切综合征（TURS），术毕第1天有6例血糖恢复正常，有3例血糖分别为6．33、6．34及13．0mmol／L。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术中冲洗液吸收是造成血糖升高的潜在危险因素，因而术中应常规作血糖监测。

Clinical significance of blood glucose monitoring during transurethral prostatic vaporized electrocision

Objective To find out the changes of blood glucose in the surgery of transurethral prostatic vaporized electrocision.Methods We used epidural anesthesia or lumbar and epidural co-anesthesia for 70 patients who were with transurethral prostatic vaporized electrocision,observed and recorded the value and the arising time of the highest blood glucose.Results During the surgery,the blood glucose of 9 patients(12.86%) rised up to 10.1~37.9mmol/L,and 1 patient was with transurethral resection syndrome.On the first day after the surgery,6 patients' blood glucose were back to normal and 3 patients' blood glucose were 6.33,6.34 and 13.0mmol/L,respectively.Conclusion The absorption of douche during the surgery of transurethral prostatic vaporized electrocision is the potentially dangerous element for the rising of blood glucose.So we need to make routine monitoring for blood glucose during the surgery.
