血液分析仪语音数据管理程序的开发及其在门诊血液学检验中的应用

目的：自行开发血液分析仪语音数据管理程序，应用门诊血液分析仪检测数据的审核、查询、打印及患姓名中发音等事务管理．方法：采用Microsoft Access 2000建立相关数据库／表，在可视化编程语言Visual Basic 6．0环境中．通过标准串口通讯控件MsComm，接收仪器检测数据，调用Windows API中语音函数，计算机自动患姓名中发音，将所有编写的源代码生成单独可执行程序及其安装程序．结果：该程序应用于临床，检测了100000份样本，其数据全部成功存储入库／表，语音清晰，运行未出现程序中断或错误信息，使用简单快捷．结论：计算机与血液分析仪联机，可有效地对检测数据进行灵活的管理，清晰的中发音，杜绝了报告单发放处的拥挤现象，提供一个井然有序的就医环境，为门诊血液学检验和报告单规范化提供极大方便．

Development of voice data management program for blood analyzer and its application in outpatient laboratory blood examination

AIM: To design a voice data management program with Chinese pronunciation and use it in the blood analyzer in Outpatient Department. METHODS: The database/table was designed by Microsoft Access 2000. The communication ActiveX component, MsComm, and the Windows Chinese Speech API function were used respectively for the data receiving from the blood analyzer and the Chinese pronunciation. Codes of all objects were translated into an executive file and setup files with Visual Basic 6.0 tool kit. RESULTS: All data obtained from 100 000 samples were saved safely and accurately in the database/table and no error occurred in the program running. The Chinese pronunciation was clear. CONCLUSION: This voice data management program with Chinese pronunciation is effective and flexible in managing the data from blood analyzer, which helps to improve the standardization of laboratory blood examination reports in Out-patient Department.
