自体干细胞动员联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压脑出血

摘    要:目的:探讨自体骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)动员联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压脑出血后神经功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:对60例高血压脑出血患者进行回顾性分析,并采用流式细胞仪及NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评价疗效。结果:自体BMSCs动员联合辛伐他汀治疗组治疗3周外周血CD133+CD34+细胞数显著高于自体BMSCs动员组和辛伐他汀治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月及6个月时自体BMSCs动员联合辛伐他汀治疗组NIHSS评分及Barthel指数显著优于自体BMSCs动员组和辛伐他汀治疗组(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现明显毒副反应。结论:自体BMSCs动员联合辛伐他汀治疗可有效改善高血压脑出血患者神经功能,提高生活能力,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of combination therapy of autologous bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) mobilization and simvastatin for neurologic disfunction in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 60 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively,and the effect was evaluated by flow cytometry,NIHSS score and Barthel index.Results: The CD133+CD34+ cells of the combination therapy of autologous BMSCs mobilization and simvastatin group were significantly higher than that of the autologous BMSCs treatment group and the simvastatin treatment group 3 weeks after the treatment(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and Barthel index of the combination therapy of autologous BMSCs mobilization and simvastatin group was significantly better than that of the autologous BMSCs treatment group and the simvastatin treatment group at the time of 3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was found during our research.Conclusion: The combination therapy of autologous BMSCs mobilization and simvastatin after microsurgery can be effective in improving neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and improve the capacity of their lives.It is worthy of further research and promotion.
