护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的影响

[目的]探讨护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的影响。[方法]将56例宫颈癌根治术病人随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预,比较两组病人术后尿潴留的发生率。[结果]术后第14天拔除尿管后实验组尿潴留的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]对宫颈癌根治术病人实施护理干预可有效减少术后尿潴留的发生。

Influence of nursing intervention on postoperative urinary retention of patients undergoing radical hysterectomy

Objective：To probe into influence of nursing intervention on postop erative urinary retention of patients undergoing radical hysterectomy. Methods：A total of 56 cases of patients undergoing radical hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,28 cases in each, the control group patients received routine care,on the basis of conventional care, the experimental group patients were given nursing intervention, then to compare the incidence of postoperative urinary retention between both groups. Results：the incidence of urinary retention of experimental group patients on postoperative 14th day after catheter removal was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of nursing intervention for patients undergoing radical hysterectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention.
